Passport photo processor

Been there twice and nobody was there.

Passport photos were $25 for 4 physical copies and a digital one sent to your email. The photographer that took my picture was patient and friendly, didn't rush the process and made the experience feel a lot less tense than it could potentially be. It was overall a very quick process, and quality of the pictures in both forms were decent.

Went in just then. They charge $25 for Malaysian Passport requirement photo. It is $5 more than Aus Post BUT there are more work to be done (edit) in order to comply all the requirement (worth it). The new owner (only took over the business 6 months ago) is very friendly and took very nice photo of me (compared with Aus Post)

Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, thourough and competent. I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially passport photos for overseas.

I went here to get Australian passport photos done. When I went to lodge the application the next day, the post office rejected them saying they were the wrong size. So I went back here and a different gentleman served me - he said that the person who took my photos got it wrong and was very apologetic. He took my photos again free of charge. I went back to the post office to lodge my application and the photos were fine, but the passport checklist that I also printed here did not want to scan. It turns out the QR code was completely smudged during printing. I would not come here, the printing lacks quality and the staff are not too knowledgeable.

I absolutely loved my photo experience. From the start, talking to Katherine on the phone made me feel confident that I’d found the right people. The photo session was fun and I was so happy with the outcome!

After two unsuccessful attempts of getting correct passport photos from Australia Post for Canada visa, I choose to go to this place. The lady working there took pictures immediately and provided us the perfect photos that we wanted. Also they were accepted by Canadian Immigration. Extremely satisfied with the work done.

Wonderful experience and photo

I visited the Murray St store Monday morning and I was absolutely blown away by the amazing service from Dylan and Henry. They went above and beyond for me and did it all with a smile. I was truly grateful.Both are great assets to the business and I will definitely return for all my photographic needs.

Robin went above and beyond for me on Friday I had my first wedding photography job last Saturday and he was super helpful with helping me with the gear I needed, he gave me some tips and showed me how to use the new flash I bought one of the best customer service I have received. Thanks again.
