I had a wonderful photo experience with Hans. He went out of his way to make a last minute appointment for me to have my passport photo taken. He was very professional, friendly and made me feel at ease. He was happy to take as many photos as possible and was invested in making sure I was happy with my final photo. The process took less than half an hour, and he was able to take a very nice passport photo. I would definitely recommend everyone to have their photos done with Hans!

I messaged Hans with a short notice, urgent passport photo job late at night. Promptly in the morning Hans called and explained the process detailing the various options available and agreed on a time to come to us for a small additional fee.We’ve got a bunch of kids and Hans was fantastic. Making them all feel comfortable creating a super stress free environment.Printed on the spot, to meet the exact specifications we required, all in all it was an excellent process. His prices are incredibly well priced in comparison to other passport photos out there.Not to mention the flat call out fee!I highly recommend A-Z photography whether it is for normal passport photos or specific photos for visas etc.

Unfortunately I had to cancel two appointments that I was excited for due to emergencies, as I had seen great reviews of this photographer. Rudely, Hans just told me to just go to the post office instead when I informed him I could not make my appointments. I didn't feel I needed to explain myself to him as there was reason for having to cancel, but I want to warn others of his unprofessionalism and blatant inconsideration when having issues turn up last minute, he does not care and will let you know.Edit in response to owner: A customer should not have to disclose their personal business to you when they need to cancel an appointment so you can decide if they're worth being nice to on the matter. It is an invasion of privacy and should have just been accepted or at least responded to in a more professional manner. You exposing that I was not able to pay your fee to the public in response to my review, further proves my point. I apologised both times for not being able to attend my appointment, as it was unfortunate that it was late notice. Not without reason, but again, it shouldn't need to be disclosed to you nor was it warranted a rude message saying that I should just go to the post office and will not be rebooked after already confirming that you had cancelled my appointment. What would have been rude of me as a customer would be to not show up and not let you know, but in both situations, I tried to let you know of my unavailability as soon as I knew I couldn't make it. This was not handled greatly at all and I hope when someone has the same circumstances as I did, you would treat them kinder and with better customer service than I was given.

Hans is a very professional and accomodating photographer. I’m a repeat customer and have been in studio and utilised his mobile services. Both times Hans went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our passport photo and that the photos were compliant. Friendly, excellent service! Thank you

A very positive experience. Went there to get passport photos for kids and he is so so good. He has a great setup for newborn. Very friendly and quality work !! Highly recommend.
