I had lost my phone roughly a year ago and last week received a call from this store that someone had come in trying to get it unlocked for their use. I was called and retrieved my phone at no cost. I truly wish more stores were like this and it is lovely to experience someone being nice with no benefit to them. I look forward to using neo computer repair for all of my repair needs in the future. Thank you very much

BE WARNED AND AVOID...Had my MacBook with them to do a simple battery replacement job - the only issue with the Mac was that it wpuld not run wothput power cable.. Took it there mainly coz Apple was going to take 3 weeks to do it and this guy said he can do it in 2 days....almost a week later, I get my hands back on the MacBook.... battery problem was not fixed, on top of it the macbook simply will not power anymore now!!!I went to Apple and handed it in for them to fix. Their report shows that there has been extensive water damage!!! The only time Mac could have gotten water was at this repair centre, as it sitson a shelf at my place for the whole time!! I also checked Apple's procedures and there is no way that they would have gotten the water damage done to the Mac....The repairer denies any damage... I am certain that he either damaged while laptop was there (at one stage I saw him literally spray insecticide inside some clients opened laptop).... but more likely that he has swapped out parts with dodgy damaged parts to sell on the black market....Never going there again!!

When I cracked the corner of my MacBook Air I was worried about how much fixing it might cost. However, I've been to Neo before and was hopeful they would be able to fix it for me because I knew they would offer the best price for a quality job. And they did :) They did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price and were really nice!
